A meeting of the Board of Directors of Digicontent Limited will be held on Monday, 3rd August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the company's previous communication dated 26th June 2026 regarding the closure of the Trading Window, the window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed until Wednesday, 5th August 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons."
