Background of New Appointee
Mr. Shailesha Barve brings over 22 years of experience across banking, fintech, and renewable energy sectors. His professional background includes:
- Leadership positions at Emmvee Group where he led the Company's INR 29,000 million mainboard IPO, managing the entire process from conversion into a public company to listing and post-listing compliance
- Experience at slice Small Finance Bank where he steered the post-merger integration of a unique merger of fintech, NBFC and a scheduled small finance bank
- Previous association with Karnataka Bank Ltd. with extensive experience in corporate governance, secretarial, retail banking, trade finance and corporate banking functions
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Barve is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds a PGDBM in Finance, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF).

Mr. Neeraj Manchanda's resignation letter was formally submitted to the Board of Directors and accepted. The resignation was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee during their meeting held on July 07, 2026.
