Digitide Solutions CFO Transition to Strategy Role

Mr. Suraj Prasad, current Chief Financial Officer, will transition to the role of Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer and Senior Management Personnel effective October 1, 2026.
Mr. Prasad will continue as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel until close of business hours on September 30, 2026.
Mr. Harigovind Krishnasamy appointed as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) and Senior Management Personnel with immediate effect.
Mr. Krishnasamy will assume the office of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective October 1, 2026.

Accomplished finance leader with over 21 years of experience
More than five years of international experience
Expertise spans financial controllership, business finance, treasury, project finance, taxation, corporate compliance, governance and strategic finance
Previous roles: Chief Financial Officer of Matrimony.com Limited and Indiavidual Learning Limited - Embibe (edtech business within Reliance Jio group)
At Matrimony.com Limited, led cost saving initiatives and revenue enhancement projects
At Embibe, helped scale the organization and strengthen finance and support infrastructure
Led complex initiatives including US GAAP conversion, SOX compliance, and significant debt refinancing activities
Experience includes multi-entity consolidation involving more than 100 subsidiaries
Extensive experience in listed-company compliance and governance, financial controls, treasury management
Previous senior finance roles at Vedanta, Den Networks and Jio Platforms

Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (qualified 2004)
B.Com from Madurai Kamaraj University
Completed all three levels of US CFA Program in 2013
