Board Meeting Details
A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider, approve, and take on record the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for:
- The Fourth Quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2026
- The Financial Year ended March 31, 2026
The board will also review the Auditor's Report on these financial results.
Trading Window Closure
