Dilip Buildcon Limited has been selected as the successful bidder (L-1) by REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL). RECPDCL acted as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) on behalf of Maharashtra State Transmission Utility.

The project awarded is for the "Development and Operation of Intra State Transmission System for Transmission of Electricity Through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding for Establishment of 400 KV Gis Solapur/ Paranda Switching Station (Dist. Dharashiv), Maharashtra."

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading has been activated. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries. The closure is effective until 48 hours from the date this information is generally made available to the public.
