Partnership Overview

Dinto Solar and Thailand‑based JJ Energy Company Limited signed an exclusive partnership covering 2026‑2027. The agreement will initially supply 30 MW of Dinto Solar’s G12‑132 heterojunction (HJT) modules for commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop projects in Thailand.

Company Backgrounds

JJ Energy, founded in 2023, is a renewable‑energy service provider and PV module distributor with an expanding local channel and project network in Thailand. Dinto Solar brings expertise in HJT technology, manufacturing and project deployment.

Market Context

Thailand’s C&I solar market benefits from abundant rooftop space, growing corporate demand to lower electricity costs, and government incentives for solar projects. For C&I users with limited rooftop area and high self‑consumption, electricity generation per square metre and long‑term performance are critical to project economics.

Technical Highlights of G12‑132 Module

The module has a temperature coefficient of –0.24 %/°C, limiting power loss under high temperatures. It also features butyl sealing and a coated dual‑glass design that improve airtightness, water resistance and durability in hot, humid environments.

Expansion into Southeast Asian Aquatic and Coastal Solar

The partnership will explore floating PV, fishery‑PV and offshore solar opportunities where humidity, salt mist and UV exposure demand robust module materials. Dinto Solar’s Offshore‑PV HJT series incorporates corrosion‑resistant frames and light‑conversion films, previously deployed at China’s 300 MW Yancheng and 100 MW Denglong Township fishery‑PV projects.

Strategic Objectives

By combining Dinto Solar’s HJT technology and project experience with JJ Energy’s local market capabilities, the partnership aims to support reliable solar deployment in Thailand while establishing a long‑term platform for growth across Southeast Asia.
