Mr. Swami Mehra, Chief Customer Experience Officer of Dish TV India Limited, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company effective from the close of business hours of October 30, 2026. Consequent to this resignation, Mr. Mehra shall cease to be part of the Senior Management of the Company with effect from October 30, 2026.

Reason for Resignation

The resignation is on account of pursuing opportunities outside the Company. The resignation letter explicitly states "there are no reasons for my resignation other than those stated above" and confirms no other material reasons for the resignation.
