Mr. Veerender Gupta, Chief Technology Officer and part of the Senior Management of Dish TV India Limited, has tendered his resignation from the position effective from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026.
Reason for Cessation
The resignation is on account of transfer of his employment from Dish TV India Limited to Dish Infra Services Private Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dish TV India Limited. Mr. Gupta explicitly confirmed in his resignation letter that "there are no other material reasons for my resignation from Dish TV India Limited, other than the transition mentioned above."

The cessation is effective from close of business hours on June 30, 2026.
