Resignation of Compliance Officer
The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Ms. Ishita Kokare (ACS 81144) from the position of Compliance Officer of the company. Her cessation from the Compliance Officer role is effective from the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2026. However, Ms. Kokare will continue her employment with the company as Assistant Company Secretary.
The company expressed appreciation for Ms. Kokare's valuable contributions during her tenure as Compliance Officer.
Appointment of New Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
The Board has approved the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to appoint Mr. Sarang Deshpande (Membership No. A18613) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. This appointment is effective from Friday, October 30, 2026.
Mr. Deshpande will be in whole-time employment and designated as both Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, in accordance with Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other applicable regulations.

Mr. Sarang Deshpande is a qualified Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience in company secretarial, legal, and statutory compliance functions. His previous experience includes senior positions at:
