Order Details

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has secured an exclusive order from an existing leading Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for All-Wheel Drive system components. The order involves supply of:

• Interactive Torque Management (ITM) Assemblies
• Electronic Control Units (ECUs)
• Power Transfer Unit (PTU) Assemblies

These components are for the OEM's upcoming All-Wheel Drive (AWD) variants of its mid-sized and full-sized SUV vehicle models.

Supply Terms and Volume

The program entails:

• Annual supply of approximately 6,000 units of ITM Assemblies, ECUs and PTU Assemblies
• Supply period: Five years
• Start of Production expected from Q1 FY28

Technical and Strategic Significance

This award represents:

• The OEM's first Front Wheel Drive (FWD) based All-Wheel Drive variant development for its internal combustion powertrain models
• Utilizes Divgi TTS' NexTrac platform which integrates advanced software-controlled torque management systems, electromagnetic actuation technologies, and precision clutch modulation
• Divgi TTS will deliver a fully integrated drivetrain solution including both hardware and embedded control systems
