Dixon Electro Appliances Private Limited (DEAPL), a Subsidiary/Joint Venture of Dixon Technologies, has entered into an Intellectual Property License Agreement with Aviat Networks (India) Private Limited
Agreement executed on 30th September, 2026
Aviat has granted DEAPL a limited license to use specified intellectual property, including technical know-how
License scope: Solely for the manufacture, use, offer for sale and sale of microwave radios
Terms and conditions are as per the Agreement (specific terms not disclosed)
