A Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 31st July, 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Status

In continuation of the earlier intimation dated 30th June, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed since 1st July, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information".

The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
