The Board transacted the following business:

5. AGM Scheduling: The 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 28th September, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The notice convening the meeting was approved.

6. Register Closure: The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from 22nd September, 2026 to 28th September, 2026 (both days inclusive).

7. Cut-off Date: Monday, 21st September, 2026 was fixed as the cut-off date for e-voting for the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

8. Scrutinizer Appointment: Mr. Narottam Bagaria, Partner of M/s. N. Bagaria & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process for the 32nd Annual General Meeting.
