DJS Stock board to meet on May 6, 2026 to approve voluntary surrender of all trading memberships at BSE, NSE, MSEI, and Calcutta Stock Exchange.
Board will also consider altering main object clause of Memorandum of Association and changing company name.
Meeting will be held at registered office in Mumbai with any other business permitted by chair.
