DLH Holdings Wins $250M Navy IT Contract
On Thursday, 26 June 2026, DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:DLHC) saw its shares jump 24% in after‑hours trading after the company disclosed that it had been selected as one of several prime contractors for a Logistics IT Integration and Support contract administered by the Naval Air Systems Command. The award is structured as a multiple‑award indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total ceiling of $250 million for all awardees combined and includes a five‑year base period.
Under the IDIQ, DLH will compete for individual task orders to deliver logistics information‑technology services to U.S. Navy integrated platforms and DevSecOps pipelines. The scope of services may encompass design, development, testing and evaluation, training, service‑desk request fulfillment, deployment, and hardware and software configuration, enabling the Navy to accelerate logistics capability delivery through agile development processes and adaptable architecture.
