DLH Wins $250M Navy IT Contract, +20%
DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:DLHC) disclosed that it has been awarded a multiple‑award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Navy to provide logistics information‑technology services for integrated platforms and DevSecOps pipelines. The contract, titled the Logistics IT Integration and Support Capability Modernization Deployment, and Support contract, is administered by Naval Air Systems Command. It includes a five‑year base period and a total ceiling of $250 million for all awardees, with DLH named as one of the multiple prime awardees.
Under the contract, DLH will compete for task orders that are expected to be released throughout the base period. The scope of services may encompass design, development, testing and evaluation, training, service‑desk request fulfillment, deployment, hardware and software configuration, and other related tasks, enabling agile development processes and adaptable architecture for continuous systems modernization, integration, sustainment, and migration.
Billy Burnett, President of DLH’s National Security Programs Operations Center, stated that DLH delivers innovative logistics, engineering, and integration services to safeguard the American warfighter and that the award will allow the company to implement mission‑driven, interoperable, and cost‑effective solutions for customers facing critical system‑integration challenges.
Following the announcement, DLH Holdings’ shares rose approximately 20%, indicating strong market reaction to the contract award and the anticipated pipeline of future task orders.
