Avenue Supermarts allotted 12,26,055 equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2016 via circular resolution dated 27th March 2026.
Shares were allotted at an exercise price of ₹299 per share with a face value of ₹10 each.
Post-allotment, paid-up share capital increased to ₹6,51,95,91,230 comprising 65,19,59,123 equity shares.
