DMR Engineering Appoints Two Executive Directors

DMR Engineering appointed Divay Mittal as Executive Director for 5 years and Arvind Bhat for 2 years, effective May 9, 2026.
The company appointed Nakul Yadav as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27 and FY2027-28, effective immediately.
Non-executive director Krishan Kumar Gupta retired after the board did not recommend his re-appointment.
All director appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing general meeting.
