• Reappointed M/s. J K & Co as Cost Auditors and M/s. KPMG as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
• Appointed Ms. Dodla Silpa Reddy, daughter of the MD, as Senior Management Personnel for Strategy and Transformation effective 01 May 2026.
