• 27,708 equity shares of Sids Farm Private Limited were allotted to Dodla Dairy Limited on 30 September 2026
• Total consideration for the acquisition: ₹11,64,56,724 (₹11.65 crore)
• Dodla Dairy Limited now holds 2% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of Sids Farm Private Limited as of 30 September 2026
• The acquisition continues the disclosure made by Dodla Dairy Limited on 25 July 2026 regarding the same transaction
