Dolphin Medical Board Meeting on Director Changes

Dolphin Medical Services intimates BSE of a board meeting scheduled for April 22, 2026.
The board will consider appointing two new independent directors: Mr. KOLACHALAMA SAIKUMAR and Smt. SRUJANA SIDDHANI.
The board will also consider the resignation of three directors: Mr. NARENDRA SEENAKARKERA, Mr. VINAY VISHNURAJNAYAK, and Mr. BUDDHA SAGARNANAPANENI.
The meeting will also cover reconstituting board committees due to the changes in the board's composition.
