Joint Venture Update
DOMS Industries Limited provides an update regarding its proposed joint venture with Seven SpA, a F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini S.p.A. Group Company.
The documentation and other requirements for the proposed transaction are progressing well and nearing finalization. The parties have mutually agreed to extend the deadline for incorporating the joint venture company in India and executing the joint venture agreement from September 30, 2026, to January 31, 2027. This extension allows for the completion of necessary procedural compliances and other requisite formalities.
The transaction is now expected to be completed on or before January 31, 2027. All other details of the transaction remain unchanged from the original announcements made on June 29, 2026 (Ref. No. DOMS/SE/26-27/23) and January 30, 2026 (Ref. No. DOMS/SE/25-26/82).
The company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any further material developments and will submit detailed disclosure once the joint venture agreement is executed, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
