DOMS Industries Acquires Additional 6.5% in Pioneer

DOMS Industries completed acquisition of remaining 6.5% stake in Pioneer Stationery Private Limited on March 31, 2026.
The 3,900 equity shares were purchased for a total consideration of ₹5,53,80,000 from existing shareholders of Pioneer.
Post-acquisition, DOMS Industries' shareholding in Pioneer increased to 64.0% from 57.5% of total paid-up equity share capital.
