Dr. Agarwal's Health Care Allots 25,240 ESOP Shares

Dr. Agarwal's Health Care allotted 25,240 equity shares to employees upon exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme 2022.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from ₹31.70 crore to ₹31.70 crore.
Shares were issued at two different exercise prices of ₹129.88 and ₹135.00 per share.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on May 21, 2026.
