Dr. Agarwal's NCLT Approves Amalgamation Shareholder Meetings

NCLT Chennai allows application for convening shareholder and creditor meetings to approve the amalgamation of Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital and Dr. Agarwal's Health Care.
Meetings for equity shareholders, secured, and unsecured creditors of both companies are scheduled for July 2, 2026.
The Scheme remains subject to receipt of further necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
