Dr Lal PathLabs FZCO, Dubai (DLPL Dubai), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited, has completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Sunshine Healthcare Limited (SHL), Ghana.
The acquisition was executed in accordance with the agreement and prevailing provisions applicable in Ghana.
As a result of this acquisition, Sunshine Healthcare Limited becomes a step-down subsidiary of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited.
This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as amended.
The Board of DLPL Dubai had previously accorded approval for this acquisition, which was intimated to the exchanges on July 24, 2026.
