Acquisition Update
Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited has completed the acquisition of stake in SN Genelab Private Limited ("SN Gene") on October 01, 2026. The acquisition was executed as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
This acquisition was previously approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, as intimated in the earlier disclosure dated September 24, 2026. All required disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as amended, were made in the previous intimation.
