Overview

Dr. Yogesh Mandhyan began his physiotherapy practice in 1998 and, over three decades, transformed it into one of North India's most organized, corporate‑integrated physiotherapy ecosystems, serving more than five lakh (500,000) patients.

Corporate Blueprint

He architected and operationalised state‑of‑the‑art physiotherapy departments within leading corporate hospital chains, specifically ApolloMedics Super Speciality Hospitals in Lucknow and Sharda Care – The Healthcity in Noida. These units were upgraded from basic rehabilitation rooms to advanced centres covering musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and critical‑care rehabilitation.

Direct‑to‑Consumer Brand

To extend advanced rehabilitation to the community, Dr. Mandhyan founded C3 Physio & Yoga, an integrated model that combines evidence‑based physiotherapy with therapeutic yoga. A robust Home Care Unit complements the brand by delivering hospital‑grade rehabilitation services at patients’ doorsteps.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Mandhyan is nationally recognised for his specialization in shoulder rehabilitation. Since 2020, he has been a Certified Tutor of the London Shoulder Clinic, certified by renowned shoulder expert Jeremy Lewis of London. He disseminates this expertise through the flagship academic initiative “Physio Dari Classes,” which has mentored hundreds of young physiotherapists.

Scale of Impact

The enterprise now employs over 100 physiotherapists who operate under a unified training and quality protocol. More than five lakh patients have received care under his leadership, including his role as physiotherapist for the Indian Women’s Hockey Team during the 2008 Olympics Qualifier in Kazan.

Future AI‑Assisted Sports Rehabilitation

Looking ahead, Dr. Mandhyan is building an AI‑assisted sports and shoulder rehabilitation platform. The vision incorporates AI‑based movement analysis, 3‑D gait and biomechanics assessment, wearable sensor‑based load monitoring, and predictive injury analytics to identify risk before injury occurs. It also envisages robotic‑assisted shoulder rehabilitation, isokinetic strength mapping, and data‑driven return‑to‑play protocols, aiming to shift sports rehab from subjective assessment to objective, measurable, and faster recovery.
