Overview
Dragonpass Group announced the launch of its AI Airport Concierge at the 2026 Apsara Conference’s “AI Going Global Growth Summit” in Hangzhou, China, on September 29, 2026. Co‑founder and CEO Jane Zhu explained that the service marks a shift in the membership economy from simple perks redemption toward AI‑driven, personalized travel experiences.
Service Details
The AI Airport Concierge is powered by Alibaba Cloud’s Qwen large‑language model and integrates Dragonpass’s global airport service network. Through conversational AI, travelers can convey their interests and receive itinerary recommendations that automatically match relevant airport benefits, transfers, and local services, turning benefit discovery into a service‑generation model. Zhu highlighted that human expertise remains essential to preserve the warmth of service while AI expands functional boundaries.
Deployment and Reach
Eight months after its launch, the AI Airport Concierge has served more than 100,000 travelers. Dragonpass currently connects over 800 corporate clients with more than 40 million members across a network that spans more than 140 countries and regions. The company’s ecosystem includes travel, health and wellness, lifestyle, and entertainment offerings.
Expansion Plans
Beyond the airport environment, Dragonpass plans to roll out broader AI‑powered travel and lifestyle services in upcoming markets, specifically Brazil, South Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia‑Pacific region. The firm reaffirmed its commitment to driving user engagement through AI, aiming to deliver increasingly intelligent, personalized, and end‑to‑end experiences worldwide.
