Dreamfolks Completes 34% ETT Solutions Secondary Acquisition

Dreamfolks Services Limited completed the secondary purchase phase of its investment in ETT Solutions DMCC, acquiring a 34% stake.
The share transfer was registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority, finalizing the first phase of the acquisition.
A subsequent primary subscription will increase Dreamfolks' total shareholding in ETT Solutions to 60.24% upon completion.
