Dredging Corporation of India Limited appointed Capt. S. Divakar as Managing Director & CEO effective 25 March 2026.
Capt. Divakar, aged 58, holds a Dredge Master Grade-I certificate and has 38 years of experience with DCI.
He will initially serve as Additional Director until shareholder approval at the next General Meeting within three months.
The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors on 23 March 2026.
