Dredging Corporation of India's CFO P Uma Gandhi withdrew her resignation submitted on April 8, 2026.
The withdrawal was approved by the Chairman on May 12, 2026, allowing her to continue as General Manager (Finance).
She will remain as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel following the withdrawal approval.
