Acquisition Details

The Company has completed the acquisition of 100% equity stakes in M/s. Moonbrick Realty Private Limited ("Moonbrick"), Pune, Maharashtra on 13th July, 2026. This acquisition follows the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") which was previously intimated to the exchanges on 7th July, 2026.

Corporate Structure Impact

As a consequence of this acquisition, Moonbrick Realty Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of D S Kulkarni Developers Limited.
