Consequential Changes

With the withdrawal of Agenda Item No. 4:

  • The existing Agenda Item Nos. 5 and 6 have been renumbered as Agenda Item Nos. 4 and 5, respectively
  • E-voting facility remains available for Agenda Item Nos. 1 to 5 (as renumbered)
  • No discussion, consideration, or voting will occur regarding the withdrawn agenda item at the AGM
