Key Dates and Events

  • 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM): Scheduled for 30th September 2026 at 03:00 PM (IST) to be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
  • Special Window for Physical Securities: Period from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027 for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities sold/purchased prior to 1st April 2019.

Shareholder Requirements

KYC Update Mandate: As per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024, physical shareholders must:

  • Update KYC details including PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and nomination choice
  • Dematerialize their holdings
  • Failure to comply will result in payments (dividend, interest, redemption) being made only through electronic mode effective April 1, 2024

Special Window Documentation: Shareholders must submit required documents for pre-April 2019 physical securities to the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) within the special window period (5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027).
