The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 through Video Conferencing/Any Other Audio Visual Means.

The Board will consider and adopt the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the company's letter dated 23rd June 2026 and in terms of the Ducon Infratechnologies Limited Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person:

• The trading window for insiders has been closed since 1st July 2026
• The trading window shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results
• The closure period includes both days (the date of dissemination and 48 hours after)
