Meeting Details

The 30th Annual General Meeting of Dynamic Archistructures Limited was held on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 12:25 PM at the company's registered office at 409, Swaika Centre, 4A Pollock Street, Kolkata 700001.

Attendance

All directors of the company were present at the AGM. Representatives of the Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditor, and Scrutiniser were also present. A total of 23 shareholders attended the meeting.

Voting Process

The company provided electronic voting (remote e-voting) facilities to shareholders. Shareholders present at the AGM who had not voted remotely were allowed to vote via ballot paper. There was no voting by show of hands.

Resolutions Considered

Two ordinary business resolutions were put to vote:

1. Consideration and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon

2. Reappointment of Mr. Rakesh Porwal (DIN: 00495444) as a director liable to retire by rotation

Scrutinizer Appointment

Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma, Practising Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize both remote e-voting and ballot paper voting.

Outcome Disclosure

The combined voting results (e-voting and AGM voting) along with the consolidated Scrutinizer's Report will be disclosed to the stock exchange within prescribed timelines and placed on the company's website.
