Dynamic Portfolio Appoints Kirti Company Secretary

Dynamic Portfolio appointed Ms. Kirti as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer effective April 20, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Ms. Kirti replaces Ms. Pratima Sharma, whose cessation as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer occurred on the same date.
