Pratima Sharma resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd effective April 9, 2026.
The resignation was accepted by management due to personal reasons stated in her resignation letter.
Managing Director Rajesh Gupta will serve as interim Compliance Officer until a new appointment is made.
