Dhabriya Polywood Limited disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dynasty Modular Furnitures Pvt. Ltd., has received a work order/Letter of Intent (LOI) from M3M Group for modular kitchen works.
The total value of the order is ₹13.05 crore, inclusive of GST. The project involves modular kitchen works and is scheduled to be completed within 18 months, to be executed in various tranches as per the terms specified in the order.
The company confirmed that this transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction. Additionally, no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in M3M Group, the entity that awarded the order.
The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (B) of Schedule II of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and references SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
