E.I.D. Parry's Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved allotment of 53,325 equity shares under ESOP 2016 on April 21, 2026.
Issued share capital increased from ₹17.79 crore to ₹17.79 crore comprising 17,792,604 equity shares.
Shares were issued at exercise prices of ₹551.45 and ₹479.20 per share with premiums of ₹550.45 and ₹478.20.
