The Indian subsidiary will focus on deploying large-scale GPU infrastructure and facilitating related funding arrangements.
The US subsidiary is intended to provide enhanced access to international markets for the company.
The total investment approved is ₹100,000 for the Indian entity and $40,000 for the US entity.
