E2E Networks' Nomination and Remuneration Committee allotted 1,500 equity shares on March 31, 2026 under ESOP 2018.
Exercise price was Rs. 51.30 per share, realizing Rs. 76,950 in total proceeds from option exercise.
Post-allotment, paid-up share capital increased to Rs. 20,55,64,890 comprising 2,05,56,489 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
