Expansion Details

E2E Networks Limited announced a significant capacity expansion plan for its AI factory, increasing capacity by nearly 59% from current levels. The expansion will add approximately 5.4 MW of new capacity, bringing the total capacity to approximately 14.6 MW.

The new capacity will comprise NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other Blackwell GPUs. This infrastructure is designed to support the full AI lifecycle, including foundation model training, post-training, production inference, agentic AI, and multimodal applications.

Strategic Context and Demand Drivers

The expansion responds to increasing AI adoption in India moving from experimentation to production. The company is seeing demand from multiple sectors:

  • Higher Education and Research Institutions
  • Foundational model builders
  • Global and Indian AI-native startups
  • Enterprises
  • Public-sector programmes

For enterprises and public-sector organizations operating in regulated and data-sensitive environments, the ability to deploy AI workloads on infrastructure hosted in India is becoming an increasingly important consideration.

Management Commentary

Tarun Dua, Founder and Managing Director of E2E Networks, stated: "India's AI builders are moving beyond the pilot stage. They now are actively consuming AI tokens in production at previously un-heard scales and training, fine-tuning and post training open source and proprietary models. Importantly, this capacity is required on Compute Infrastructure within their organization boundary with their data protected under national laws. We are scaling our expansion directly for the visible demand."
