Earthstahl & Alloys appointed Mr. Ankit Kumar Dewangan as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective May 1, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on Nomination & Remuneration Committee recommendation.
Mr. Dewangan is an ICSI associate member with approximately 10 months of post-membership experience.
