Trading Window Closure
The Company has implemented a trading window closure for 'Designated Persons' and their immediate relatives in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading'. The trading window has remained closed since 01st October, 2026 and will continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company.
