Distribution of Notice
The company emailed the Notice of the 44th AGM with Annual Report for Financial Year 2025-26 to members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Friday, August 21, 2026 and whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Registrar & Transfer Agent. Physical intimation dispatch was completed on or before 27.08.2026.

E-Voting Arrangements
In compliance with Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company provided e-voting facilities through CDSL.
Cut-off Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026 - only members registered as of this date are entitled to e-vote.
Remote E-voting Period: Commences Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM and ends Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Members who cast votes by remote e-voting may attend the AGM through VC/OAVM but cannot vote again at the meeting. Members who haven't voted remotely may vote during the AGM.
Access Credentials
Members who acquired shares after emails were sent may obtain remote e-voting credentials by sending request to helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com or calling 1800225533. Existing CDSL registered users can use their existing user ID and password.
