Eco Hotels and Resorts extends the payment deadline for the first call money on partly paid shares to April 13, 2026.
The call money is ₹3.80 per share, comprising ₹2.50 paid-up value and ₹1.30 premium per share.
Non-payment by the new deadline may lead to forfeiture or interest charges as per the company's articles.
