The property features a swimming pool and multiple food and beverage formats including: Sahar (the company's pure vegetarian Satvik restaurant), a rooftop restaurant and bar, EcoSip Café, and Pan Asian and Continental dining options.
Portfolio Expansion Impact
With this addition, the company's operational room count has crossed 280 rooms. The company has planned further expansion with:
- A 52-room property in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar scheduled to open in October 2026
- A 16-room boutique hotel in Ayodhya scheduled to open within the next 45 days (approximately by mid-October 2026)
This expansion will bring the company's total portfolio to approximately 350 rooms ahead of Diwali 2026.

Shirdi was selected due to its status as a leading pilgrimage destination with significant year-round visitor traffic and the Maharashtra government's focus on developing the region through the introduction of a new MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation).
