Meeting Purpose

The Rights Issue Committee meeting is scheduled to be held at the corporate office of the Company situated at Block no 4, 2nd floor, Raj Mahal, V N Road, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020. The agenda includes:

• Consideration and approval of issuance of Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice to shareholders
• Addressing shareholders who have failed to pay outstanding amount towards unpaid calls along with applicable interest

Committee Deliberations

The Committee shall:

• Consider the status of unpaid call money
• Deliberate upon providing a final opportunity to concerned shareholders for payment of outstanding call amounts together with applicable interest within stipulated period
• Initiate necessary action for forfeiture of shares in case of continued non-payment, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company and applicable laws
